The consultation was such that one was put at ease, listened to and matters discussed in a very friendly manner. As to my suggesting improvements that might be considered, I would hesitate to do so particularly as none come to mind immediately.

I came in for a blood test and the nurse didn't sterilize the area before the needle was inserted in my arm, nor after blood was taken. I find this unacceptable and not right. Maybe you could change the procedure. Many thanks.
